The Philadelphia Eagles are looking relatively healthy ahead of their Week 4 matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs. Defensive tackle Fletcher Cox and linebacker Nakobe Dean both returned to practice on Friday after missing the previous two days with minor injuries.

Dallas Goedert returns to practice

Tight end Dallas Goedert also returned to practice on Friday after missing the previous two days with a knee injury. Goedert suffered the injury in the Eagles' 27-10 loss to the New York Giants in Week 3.

Brown remains out

The only player who did not participate in practice on Friday was wide receiver A.J. Brown. Brown suffered a knee injury in the Eagles' Week 3 loss to the Giants and is expected to miss multiple games.
